3. Property Information & Accuracy

  • Property condition
  • Existing defects or restrictions

Dar al-Miyah shall not be liable for inaccuracies supplied by the owner.

4. Marketing & Visual Materials

Dar al-Miyah may produce photographs, digital visualisations, and marketing materials for promotional purposes.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Such materials remain the intellectual property of Dar al-Miyah
  • Materials may be used for portfolio and marketing

5. No Guarantee of Results

While our services aim to enhance perceived value and market appeal:

  • No guarantees of sale, rental, pricing, or timeframes are made
  • Market performance depends on external factors beyond our control

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide reasonable access to the property
  • Ensure legal compliance of the asset
  • Cooperate in scheduling and implementation

7. Limitation of Liability

Dar al-Miyah shall not be liable for:
