\nAt Dar Al-Miyah we treat discretion as part of the service, and that begins with how we handle your data. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or browse this site, what we use it for, and what control you keep over it.\n<\/p>

\n1. Data controller\n<\/h2>

\nThe controller of your personal data is Dar Al-Miyah SARL AU, a single-member limited liability company incorporated under Moroccan law, with registered office at 183, Avenue Prince H\u00e9ritier, Centre NREA, ground floor, unit no. 13, 90000 Tangier (Morocco), and registered in the Tangier Commercial Register under number 171897 (ICE 003879278000094, IF 71776961). \n2. What data we collect\n<\/h2>

\nWe collect only the information you provide voluntarily and that which is generated technically as you browse the site.\n<\/p>

\nProperty management form\n<\/h3>

\nWhen you entrust us with a property, we collect your full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp, city, and the details of the property: type, number of bedrooms, condition, current use, your goal as an owner and the description you write. You may optionally attach photographs of the property.\n<\/p>

\nAcquisition form\n<\/h3>

\nIf you are looking for a property, we collect your full name, email address and, if you provide them, phone or WhatsApp, preferred location, budget range and your specific interests or vision.\n<\/p>

\nBrowsing data\n<\/h3>

\nOur server records the IP address, browser type, selected language and pages visited. This data is used to keep the site secure and functional.\n<\/p>

\nPhotographs of properties may contain sensitive information without you intending it: number plates, faces of neighbours or staff, documents left on a table, or geolocation metadata embedded in the file. Please review them before sending. On our side, we strip location metadata on receipt.\n<\/p><\/div>

\n3. What we use your data for, and on what legal basis\n<\/h2>
  • \nTo respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.<\/strong> Legal basis: the application of pre-contractual measures requested by you.\n<\/div><\/li>
  • \nTo assess a property and prepare a management mandate.<\/strong> Legal basis: the performance of a contract or the steps leading to it.\n<\/div><\/li>
  • \nTo present you with opportunities that match your search.<\/strong> Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.\n<\/div><\/li>
  • \nTo meet tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations.<\/strong> Legal basis: compliance with legal obligations.\n<\/div><\/li>
  • \nTo keep the site secure and prevent fraud.<\/strong> Legal basis: our legitimate interest.\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul>

    \nWe do not take automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you, nor do we build profiles for that purpose.\n<\/p>

    \n4. Who has access to your data\n<\/h2>

    \nWe do not sell your data or share it for commercial purposes. The following will access it, strictly to the extent necessary:\n<\/p>

    • \nOur web hosting provider, which holds the site and its backups.\n<\/div><\/li>
    • \nThe business management system where we record enquiries and the property catalogue.\n<\/div><\/li>
    • \nOur legal, tax and notarial advisers, when a transaction requires it.\n<\/div><\/li>
    • \nThe competent public authorities, where there is a legal obligation.\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul>

      \n5. International transfers\n<\/h2>

      \nOur activity is carried out in Morocco, where processing is governed by Law 09-08, promulgated by Dahir no. 1-09-15 of 18 February 2009, and is declared to the National Commission for the Control of the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP). To deliver the service we rely on providers established in the European Union and in the United States \u2014 web hosting and domain registration, email and cloud storage, and booking and communication platforms \u2014 among them Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Airbnb and Namecheap; these transfers are declared to the CNDP, arise from the performance of the contract or from the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take, and are protected by each provider's contractual clauses and by access restricted to authenticated accounts. Morocco does not benefit from an adequacy decision of the European Commission, so transfers originating in the European Economic Area additionally rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.\n<\/p>

      \n6. How long we keep your data\n<\/h2>

      \nWe keep enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship for a maximum of two years, in case you get back in touch. If we do formalise a mandate, we retain the documentation for the duration of the relationship and the subsequent statutory limitation periods. Photographs of properties that do not result in a mandate are deleted when the enquiry is closed.\n<\/p>

      \n7. Your rights\n<\/h2>

      \nYou may request at any time access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of or objection to its processing, and the portability of the information you have provided to us. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.\n<\/p>

      \nTo exercise any of these rights, write to salam@daral-miyah.com, the address of Dar Al-Miyah's administrative office, stating which one you wish to exercise. We will respond within one month. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you reside in Spain, or the Commission Nationale de Contr\u00f4le de la Protection des Donn\u00e9es \u00e0 Caract\u00e8re Personnel (CNDP) in Morocco.\n<\/p>

      \n8. Cookies\n<\/h2>

      \nThis site uses technical cookies necessary for it to function and to remember the language you have selected. These do not require consent. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, your prior consent will be requested through a specific notice and you will be able to manage it from that same panel.\n<\/p>

      \n9. Security\n<\/h2>

      \nWe apply technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration: encryption in transit, access restricted by role and regular backups. No system is infallible, but we handle your data with the same care with which we look after the houses in our charge.\n<\/p>
