\nThese terms govern the use of this website, owned by Dar Al-Miyah SARL AU \u2014 registered office at 183, Avenue Prince H\u00e9ritier, Centre NREA, ground floor, unit no. 13, 90000 Tangier (Morocco), registered in the Tangier Commercial Register under number 171897 \u2014 and the relationship prior to any management agreement. They do not replace the mandate signed when you entrust a property to us: that is a separate contract, with its own conditions.\n<\/p>

\n1. Acceptance\n<\/h2>

\nBy browsing this site or sending us a form, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, we ask that you do not use the site.\n<\/p>

\n2. What this site is and what it is not\n<\/h2>

\nThis site presents our stewardship and management services and shows a selection of properties. It is an informational showcase, not a booking platform: no stays are reserved here, no sales are formalised and no payments are made.\n<\/p>

\nInformation about properties \u2014 price, floor area, number of rooms, availability \u2014 comes from our management system and is updated periodically. It may contain errors or become outdated between updates. No listing constitutes a binding offer: the definitive terms of any transaction are agreed in writing and on an individual basis.\n<\/p><\/div>

\n3. Permitted use\n<\/h2>

\nYou may consult the site, contact us and share links to our pages. The following is not permitted:\n<\/p>

  • \nExtracting data automatically by means of crawlers, scripts or scraping tools.\n<\/div><\/li>
  • \nReproducing the property catalogue, in whole or in part, on another site or platform.\n<\/div><\/li>
  • \nImpersonating us or presenting yourself as a representative of Dar Al-Miyah without authorisation.\n<\/div><\/li>
  • \nAttempting to access restricted areas, interfere with the operation of the site or compromise its security.\n<\/div><\/li>
  • \nSending unlawful or defamatory content through the forms, or third-party data without their consent.\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul>

    \n4. Forms and enquiries\n<\/h2>

    \nSending a form creates no obligation for either party. We do not guarantee that a management mandate will be accepted: we select the properties we can look after to the standard we apply, and decline those that do not fit.\n<\/p>

    \nBy sending us information about a property, you confirm that you are entitled to do so, whether as its owner or with the owner's express authorisation. If you attach photographs, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights over them.\n<\/p>

    \n5. Scope of services\n<\/h2>

    \nOur activity centres on the stewardship of complete, high-end private properties. We do not manage individual rooms or improvised short-term lettings. The specific services, their scope, their duration and their remuneration are defined in the mandate signed with each owner.\n<\/p>

    \n6. Liability\n<\/h2>

    \nWe endeavour to keep the site available and its content accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the complete absence of errors. We are not liable for decisions you take relying solely on the information published here, nor for damage arising from service interruptions, cyberattacks or causes beyond our reasonable control.\n<\/p>

    \nNothing in these terms limits our liability in those cases where the law does not permit it to be limited.\n<\/p>

    \n7. External links\n<\/h2>

    \nThis site may link to third-party pages. We do not control their content or their policies, and their inclusion does not imply that we endorse what they publish.\n<\/p>
