Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of this website, owned by Dar Al-Miyah SARL AU — registered office at 183, Avenue Prince Héritier, Centre NREA, ground floor, unit no. 13, 90000 Tangier (Morocco), registered in the Tangier Commercial Register under number 171897 — and the relationship prior to any management agreement. They do not replace the mandate signed when you entrust a property to us: that is a separate contract, with its own conditions.

1. Acceptance

By browsing this site or sending us a form, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, we ask that you do not use the site.

2. What this site is and what it is not

This site presents our stewardship and management services and shows a selection of properties. It is an informational showcase, not a booking platform: no stays are reserved here, no sales are formalised and no payments are made.

3. Permitted use

You may consult the site, contact us and share links to our pages. The following is not permitted:

• Extracting data automatically by means of crawlers, scripts or scraping tools.
• Reproducing the property catalogue, in whole or in part, on another site or platform.
• Impersonating us or presenting yourself as a representative of Dar Al-Miyah without authorisation.
• Attempting to access restricted areas, interfere with the operation of the site or compromise its security.
• Sending unlawful or defamatory content through the forms, or third-party data without their consent.

4. Forms and enquiries

Sending a form creates no obligation for either party. We do not guarantee that a management mandate will be accepted: we select the properties we can look after to the standard we apply, and decline those that do not fit.

By sending us information about a property, you confirm that you are entitled to do so, whether as its owner or with the owner's express authorisation. If you attach photographs, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights over them.

5. Scope of services

Our activity centres on the stewardship of complete, high-end private properties. We do not manage individual rooms or improvised short-term lettings. The specific services, their scope, their duration and their remuneration are defined in the mandate signed with each owner.

6. Liability

We endeavour to keep the site available and its content accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the complete absence of errors. We are not liable for decisions you take relying solely on the information published here, nor for damage arising from service interruptions, cyberattacks or causes beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability in those cases where the law does not permit it to be limited.

7. External links

This site may link to third-party pages. We do not control their content or their policies, and their inclusion does not imply that we endorse what they publish.

8. Languages

This site is published in Spanish, English, French and Arabic. The Spanish version prevails in the event of any discrepancy between translations, unless the applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Data protection

The processing of the personal information you provide to us is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

10. Amendments

We may update these terms when our services or the applicable rules change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Morocco. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the courts of Tangier, without prejudice to the rights that consumer legislation grants to those acting as consumers.
