This page brings together two distinct things that are best not confused: the professional credentials that authorise us to operate, and the terms of use for the material we publish on this site.

1. Professional authorisation

Dar Al-Miyah SARL AU is a single-member limited liability company incorporated under Moroccan law, with registered office at 183, Avenue Prince Héritier, Centre NREA, ground floor, unit no. 13, 90000 Tangier. It is registered in the Tangier Commercial Register under number 171897, with Common Company Identifier (ICE) 003879278000094, Tax Identifier (IF) 71776961 and Business Tax (TP) 50423043 and carries on the activity of a real-estate agency — advice on and management of property and holiday accommodation — under activity codes 6831 and 6832. Management and legal representation are held by Ico López-Rienda López. Its processing of personal data is declared to the National Commission for the Control of the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP), in accordance with Law 09-08.

2. Scope of our activity

We provide stewardship, operational management and enhancement services for complete private properties. We do not act as a financial institution, and we provide neither investment advice nor legal or tax services. Where an operation calls for such involvement, we work with independent registered professionals who assume their own responsibility.

3. Intellectual property of the site

The name Dar Al-Miyah, its Arabic calligraphic form, the emblem and the visual identity of the site — the typefaces used, the colour palette and the composition — belong to Dar Al-Miyah or are used under licence. Their reproduction, modification or commercial use is not authorised without prior written consent.

The texts published on this site are protected by copyright. You may quote them briefly, citing the source and linking to the original page, but you may not reproduce them in full or adapt them without authorisation.

4. Property photographs

Images of properties are published with their owners' authorisation and for the sole purpose of presenting the portfolio. They may not be downloaded, reused or circulated outside this site. Each property retains its own privacy: we do not publish exact addresses, access plans or images that would allow residents to be identified.

5. Third-party components

This site is built on third-party software that retains its own licences, including the WordPress content management system, distributed under the GPL licence, and the typeface families used in the visual identity, employed in accordance with their respective terms of use. Icons and graphic elements are either created in-house or drawn from freely usable libraries.

6. Requests for use

If you are a journalist, a contributor or a commercial partner and you need to use our brand or our graphic material, write to us at salam@daral-miyah.com. We will provide approved material and guidance on using it correctly.

7. Reporting infringements

If you find content published on this site that infringes the rights of third parties, let us know at salam@daral-miyah.com, identifying the material and the right affected. We will review the report and withdraw the content where appropriate.
