This notice sets out the identifying details of the owner of this site and the general conditions governing access to and use of it. Together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Terms of Service, it forms the legal framework of daral-miyah.com.

2. Purpose

This site presents Dar Al-Miyah's stewardship and management services and shows a selection of properties. It is an informational showcase: it does not allow stays to be booked, sales to be formalised or payments to be made. The conditions governing the engagement of our services are set out in the Terms of Service and, where applicable, in the mandate signed with each owner.

3. Conditions of access and use

Access to the site is free and open. Anyone using it undertakes to do so in accordance with the law and with these conditions, and not to use it for unlawful purposes, nor to extract data automatically by means of crawlers or scraping tools, nor to interfere with its operation or compromise its security.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The name Dar Al-Miyah, its Arabic calligraphic form, the emblem, the visual identity of the site, and the texts and photographs published are protected. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation is not authorised without prior written consent. 5. Liability

We endeavour to keep the information published accurate and the site available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the complete absence of errors. We are not liable for decisions taken relying solely on the information published here, nor for damage arising from service interruptions, cyberattacks or causes beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in this notice limits our liability in those cases where the law does not permit it to be limited.

6. Links and third-party content

The property catalogue is displayed through portal.daral-miyah.com, a subdomain of our own embedded in these pages. The typefaces are hosted on our own server, so the site loads no resources from external providers. Where we link to third-party pages we do not control their content or their policies, and their inclusion does not imply that we endorse what they publish.

7. Data protection

The processing of the personal data you provide is governed by Law 09-08, promulgated by Dahir no. 1-09-15 of 18 February 2009, and is declared to the National Commission for the Control of the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP). The purposes, legal basis, retention periods, international transfers and the way to exercise your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by the law of the Kingdom of Morocco. For any dispute arising from its interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the courts of Tangier, without prejudice to the rights that consumer legislation grants to those acting as consumers.
